The
Salzburg Mozart Serenades
have been taking place since 1986. The concerts
are held all year round in the Gothic Hall. Some
highlights of the serenades are the "Chamber
Music Festival" in August and the
"Mozart-Bach-Festival" in autumn.
As
Christmas approaches,
the Advent Concerts with Folk
Music and Classical Music are held in the
Gothic Hall, which is then decorated for Christmas.

the musicans who perform are internationally well-known
names; to mention only a few: Küchl-Quartett,
Janacek-Quartett, Stamitz-Quartett, Ferenc Bognar, Wolfgang
Boettcher, Salzburger Kammerorchester .... .... etc.

at the end of the Getreidegasse in the heart of the
old city, the magnificent candle-lit Gothic Hall provides
the perfect atmosphere for the serenades.
