In the lake district you can find 3 popular and beautiful markets. Next to the lake Wolfgangsee, the three communities St. Wolfgang, St. Gilgen and Strobl offer a Christmas market each.
Every Christmas market has its own emblem: in Strobl you will find the comet, in St. Gilgen the Advent candle and St. Wolfgang is famous for its enormous swimming lantern with the Light of Peace. You can also travel from one market to the other by boat!
