Our dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese, butter and also eggs are from regional peasants from Salzburg. We only serve sausage and ham from Austrian peasants that is marked with the AMA seal of quality- they ensure a superior quality and documented regional source.
If you prefer a sweet breakfast you have a variety of marmalades and honey from Darbo, made according to an old family recipe or our own homemade marmalades.
We also offer gluten-free bread and pastries for people with food intolerances!
