The last spa that we want to introduce to you, is the Ruperthustherme in the resort Bad Reichhall.

You can reach the Rupertustherme in 20 minutes driving from the Sallerhof (approx. 20 kilometres). The spa has three seperates areas- the sauna area, the brine pool area with a relaxing brine cave and the family pool area.

Moreover there are two restaurants- one spa restaurant and a family bistro as well as an area where you can enjoy your own snacks.

The Ruperthustherme is the biggest out of the 4 presented spas and scores with its modern design and the separation of the different areas. This way the Ruperthus spa is perfect for families as well as for people who are looking for repose.

In Bad Vigaun you’ll find another spa-recommendation of the hotel Sallerhof: the spa Bad Vigaun. The spa was renovated in 2009 and presents itself with a generous sauna area and hot brine pools.

The thermal water comes from the St. Barabara’s spring, a thermal spring in Bad Vigaun, that can be helpful for a variety of physical complaints. The pools are filled with undiluted thermal water in different degrees of heat and provide repose and relaxation.  Afterwards you’ll feel like new-born!

The spa in Bad Vigau is 20 minutes driving by car from the Sallerhof and open from 10 am until 10 pm. (on weekends until 9 pm.).

Another recommendation for a nice spa is the Watzmann Spa in Berchtesgaden. You can reach the Watzmann Therme in only 15 minutes (approx. 15 kilometres) driving from the Sallerhof. The day pass for adults is 15,50 Euro and there are several reductions for families.

You can enjoy the wide selection of pools,  a black-hole slide, the sauna, the brine pool area, as well as a healing gallery that offers additional relaxation.

Weather you want to relax after a Sightseeing trip in the city of Salzburg, get your energy back after a sporty skiing day or just want to have a nice spa day- the Watzmann Therme is a good recommendation.

In the surroundings of Grödig, there are several good spas that we want to introduce to you. The first one is the Aqua Salza in Golling:

The cozy spa is about 20 kilometres (approx. 20 minutes driving from Grödig) from the Sallerhof in Grödig. Every day from 10 a.m until 8 p.m. you can get pampered in the sauna, the family spa and the spa restaurant.

The tickets are 11 Euros (per adult for the family spa) and there are reductions for children and teenagers.

Highlight is the Aqua Sound in the sauna area- a special brine pool that also offers underwater music for your relaxation. The family spa also has some nice pools to offer, as well a cozy children’s area and a whirlpool.
