v 20 decagram butter
v 20 decagram sugar
v 2 spoons vanilla sugar
v 6 eggs
v 40 decagram flour
v 2 spoons baking powder
v some lemon peel
v ca. 1 kilogram fruits of your choice
Preheat your oven to 160° hot air. Next you have to put a baking paper on the baking tray. Then you should wash your fruits and cut them into slices. We prefer to bake the cake with apricots or plums. If you sprinkle the fruits with sugar and cinnamon the taste of the cake will be delicious.
Then you have to stir the butter, the sugar and the vanilla sugar. You should stir the rest of the ingredients (eggs, flour, baking powder and lemon peel) together. Last but not least, put the dough into the tray and give the fruits on the top of the cake. Then you have to bake the cake app. 35 minutes in the oven. In the end we advice to spread the cake with jam and then you can sprinkle some almonds over the cake.
Have fun and enjoy your cake!

If you are a guest in Grödig, there are many possibilities for excursions at the surroundings of Salzburg and the near Bavaria. One of those possibilities is the Königssee in Berchtesgaden.
The Königssee is located in the natural park of Berchtesgaden and a popular local recreation area. The lake is surrounded by afforested mountain walls, which also cause the popular echo.
From April until October there is a boat driving on the lake. It has 4 stops on its way, which gives the possibility to make stops and hike in the picturesque area.
Maybe you already heard the Salzburger Glockenspiel (Salzburg chimes) during a visit in the Salzburg City center.
Three times a day (7 a.m., 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.) the Glockenspiel rings with popular and known melodies. 51 different music pieces can be played on the Glockenspiel. It has 35 bells and a range of 3 octaves- which is quite impressive!

An unusual way to explore Salzburg is the panorama boat: Amadeus.
From March bis October the panorama boat offers a variety of sightseeing tours: evening tours with a romantic candlelight dinner, extensive tours to the south of Salzburg and the castle of Hellbrunn or short city tours with a concert on the fortress of Salzburg afterwards. There is plenty of choice!
But what makes the panorama boat so special, is not only the tours. The boat is especially constructed to drive on the shallow water and is only 38 cm deep. Also the design with its large glas windows allows an unique panoramic city view of Salzburg.
