September 2nd, 2012 summer greetings from the kitchen

Ingredients:

v     20 decagram butter

v     20 decagram sugar

v     2 spoons vanilla sugar

    6 eggs

v     40 decagram flour

v     2 spoons baking powder

    some lemon peel

v     ca. 1 kilogram fruits of your choice

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 160° hot air. Next you have to put a baking paper on the baking tray. Then you should wash your fruits and cut them into slices. We prefer to bake the cake with apricots or plums. If you sprinkle the fruits with sugar and cinnamon the taste of the cake will be delicious.

Then you have to stir the butter, the sugar and the vanilla sugar. You should stir the rest of the ingredients (eggs, flour, baking powder and lemon peel) together. Last but not least, put the dough into the tray and give the fruits on the top of the cake. Then you have to bake the cake app. 35 minutes in the oven. In the end we advice to spread the cake with jam and then  you can sprinkle some almonds over the cake.

Have fun and enjoy your cake!
